Firstly, Mr. Watson was prompt in responding having been referred by Mr. Joey Chunn. Secondly, Mr. Watson, being professional and courteous, “walked me through” the entire process–after understanding my issue. Thirdly, having completed the original concern, Mr. Watson elevated my level of customer satisfaction by asking if there was any other concern he might address. I responded yes, and he again “walked me through” the steps necessary to resolve this issue resolutely as well.
Fourthly, I;m now in a position to be more efficient having two (2) issues resolved which had dampened my efficiency in the past..
Finally, It was not clear from this survey/testimonial how to “submit” my comments. Mr. Watson, called back after my reaching out to him for guidance and “cleared up” this cloudy issue on the survey form.
